Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship internationally please ask for our rates according to your individual order.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping times vary according to location, please allow plenty of time when requesting for shipping during the holiday season.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Taxes are included at the current rates in Malta, no extra taxes taxes are payable upon receipt of the item if you are in an EU member state. in other countries taxes may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

What is your returns policy? Do you refund?

You may return the goods purchased within 14 days of the purchase. Goods returned must not have been used in any way. Only visual inspection is allowed, the same way as you would have inspected the goods if you were present in a shop. The refund does not include the delivery charge which is charged extra if opted for.

Zedco may need to transfer personal information about customers to third parties located outside Malta. If Zedco do, Zedco will ensure that information is protected to a level which meets the requirements of Maltese law.

How long do Zedco keep personal information?

Zedco will only retain customers' personal information for as long as it needs it to carry out a particular purpose or meet a particular obligation.

Zedco commits itself to provide data subjects with any personal information it holds in their regard. Customers with web-based profiles can access the information they provided us when registering for any online Zedco service by accessing the relevant 'My Account' section.

Zedco will ensure that personal information is kept accurate and up to date as far as is reasonably possible and feasible. However, Zedco relies on customers to ensure that some of the information it holds about them is accurate and up-to-date. might also require sufficient details to be able to locate your information for example, date and details of website access, products or services that you have used etc. An optional application form may be provided to assist us in locating the information you require.

Marketing

Customers may allow Zedco to provide them with information about products and services that Zedco, or third parties Zedco has selected, may consider to be of interest to them.

 

Zedco will only do this when the customer would have given consent to receive such information. You agree to receive marketing information:

  • from Zedco about our products and services by choosing to opt-in on the relevant registration form of a Zedco's website or service or through other means of engagement

As provided for in the data protection act we are committed to our visitors’ privacy and therefore we will not collect any personal information about you as a visitor unless you provide it voluntarily. When you send us a mail via our website, we will record your e-mail address and other information submitted by you only to respond to your message. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that is being kept about you and will correct personal information that you state is erroneous. Payment 

You may pay for your order by Internet banking or by sending a bank cheque. Our banking details are listed on the Web order checkout page. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorized third party obtains access to your information. If billing and delivery addresses are not the same, we may require a utility bill for confirmation. All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT and Eco tax. 

Your agreement with us.

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods is authorised by your bank or credit card insurer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, (and not before) a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. Payment for your order will be taken once stock availability has been confirmed. If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied then payment will be refunded in full within reasonable time. 


Availability 

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and wherever possible a similar price. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Cancellation of Order Prior Delivery If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 24 hours before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund. 

Delivery terms 

Delivery covers The Maltese Islands and Worldwide. Our method of delivery is through the use of the postal service both local and international. We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. We shall do our best to dispatch your order within 3** working days from the date of your order. 

Postage and packing charges are shown on the checkout page together with the cost of your purchases. 

This does not affect your statutory rights. **Working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 


Cooling Off Period 

You have 15 days cooling off period starting from date of delivery. Items are to be returned back to us by yourselves personally or by mail at your expense. The goods must be returned in their original packing and must not have been used. When we receive the goods we will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories and other components are within the returned package. All items are subject to inspection. If we receive an item that is not in the condition we sent it or have missing components we shall return them to you if they are not re-sellable, this will be done at your expense. 

Damaged Goods 

If you receive goods in a damaged condition, it is your obligation to notify us by phone or email within 24 hours from date of delivery. If no complaint is received within the specified period, then it will be considered that the appliance is to your satisfaction. 

Incorrect Goods/Wrong amount of Goods 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have been sent the correct item/s and the correct number of item/s when you receive the package and it is your obligation to notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancy in your package. 

Disclaimer 

Zedco does not assume any responsibility for goods that are damaged during transit by the postal service and any claims for delay and damage should be directed at the relevant postal service company. 


Minors 

We assume that our customers are only adults responsible for their actions and cannot entertain disclaimers for orders that have been carried out by minors and or/members within the household without the authority to purchase.
